STAY AWAY FROM AT ALL COST!!! THIS CONTRACTOR WHO IS LISTED AS A "FUJITSU ELITE CONTRACTOR" VOIDS THE FUJITSU WARRANTY AS SOON AS HE INSTALLS YOUR UNIT WITH THEIR INSTALLATION METHOD!!!!! This contractor installed two Fujitsu split units in my home in 2014. In June of 2017, one of the units was not cooling. I called Peter, (the P in VP), and he came out and did no troubleshooting but immediately recharged with coolant and charged $120. Two months later, same thing A/C not cooling. I called VPCool.
