This was my first visit to V Nails and it was a great experience. Tammy did a great job on my nails and pedicure. She was very nice and personable. This will most likely be my GoTo Nail spot.
This location seems to have misleading hours of operation. I arrived on a Sunday (non-holiday) 30 minutes prior to the posted closing time of 5:00 pm. All of the lights were out and doors were locked. V Nails Spa, should update their posted business hours if it does not align with reality to prevent customers from wasting a trip. Hopefully, it was just a one-time incident; however, I found another location that was still open, and went there instead. Boooooo! My friend shared her horrific experience with this "V Nail Salon" 😳 So here it is. Long post alert. "I went to get this Gel polish removed from my nails as it had started to chip. ( I know better) . I went into the salon and the gentleman said it could not be done unless I do it using the drill because it would take too long. I know it can be removed without the electric file. I asked for gel polish to be removed from my nails. A gentleman who claimed to he the owner was angry because he could not use the electric file on my nails. He slapped a bowl of acetone on the table and got angry again . He snatched the bowl away and to me to get out when I told him the bowl of acetone would not remove the gel polish. He cursed at me horribly and acted like a complete fool. He kept falling me black like my color bothered him and called me all types of names. I will never pattonize this place again.
