Can't do eyebrows
I waited 10 mins before anyone even came out of the back. The lady asks "what do you want?" I told her I had a gift certificate, before she even looked at it she said No! A gift certificate for $80. So basically they like to steal your money. Now I know why they have zero customers on a Saturday afternoon.
I asked for full covered green. My friend asked for a French tip. She gave me a French tip with green and then blamed me for her getting it wrong.
