My friend was really disappointed with the experience at VIP Nails & Spa. The nail technician did not match the toenail design my friend specifically asked for, and the final result looked nothing like the reference she showed. On top of that, another person in their group had their toe cut during the appointment, which was concerning and made the whole experience even worse.
