I got my nails done here recently, and unfortunately, the results were really disappointing. The quality of the work was not up to standard — my nails looked rushed and uneven. I called to politely address the issue, but they hung up on me mid-conversation, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service matters, especially when a client is trying to express concerns calmly. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Booked them days in advance on class pass. Wouldn’t accept my reservation and never called to let me know that before driving there. Not helpful.
had a great gel manicure and pedicure here. the massage with the manicure was amazing. very clean place
