Great service. Nail design tech is very experienced. Love this place.
Go somewhere else, this place is terrible. The staff was not attentive at all. During my pedicure the lady was more interested in everything else going on in the place than what she was doing. She was filing my nails without looking because she was watching other people in the establishment. The wax treatment on my feet was done in plastic grocery bags. I was going to get a manicure too but the service was so bad, I opted out. I will look for another place in the future.
I am actually so devastated by this salon. I had errands to run today, so I tried a (new to me) nail salon here local. I had acrylic on my nails that had been there for 5 weeks. You can imagine the length of my natural nails under them. I get there, tell them I want a SOAK OFF and DIP POWDER. He does not soak my nails; instead, uses an acrylic nail to get under my nails to pop them off. Obviously hurting me. He kept looking at me when I’d flinch or jump because of the pain.
