Absolutely love this place! Great customer service!
The staff argued with me when I expressed that I was not happy with the service I received. They charged me full price, claiming that the staff works on commission and I was trying to rip them off.
I just moved to Cleveland, so I was looking for a new nail salon and came across this one because it was 2 mins from my house. I was so happy I did! They are great, I leave with beautiful nails every time! I would recommend this place to anyone, you will NOT be disappointed! I’ve had 3 different nail techs and they all do amazing work! I love V and her mom I trust them as my nail tech very professional and understanding to my personal nail needs my cousin introduced me to them and by far they are the BEST ON THE WEST come to them you won’t be disappointed and when you’re done leave a review people need to know their still great nail techs around they give me 90s vibe like when I grew up in the nails salons and hair shops down south I love them
