Quite honestly when I asked Veronica to fix my French tips because all of them were crooked, I could tell her irritation because of how she snatched my hands around with an attitude. I could tell she realized it herself because then she was more “professional” about it. She then proceeded to compliment my shoes 😒. Whenever I get a pedicure it’s an amazing experience…my nails are always messed up and I spent damn near 4 hours in the shop.

I love this place it’s amazing everyone is good here I don’t think I ever had a bad set or been unsatisfied going here I think they are also fair in price

I was skeptical going in but I have to say that this okay. The nail tech was very professional and friendly. Her work is clean, my nails are even/the same length. The overlay was PERFECT! I didn’t have to ask for any corrections and I don’t have a ton of product on. I got a basic French overlay. I figured, if they mess that up I won’t go back. I left satisfied and impressed enough to see you in two weeks lady!

BEST NAIL SALON IN CLEVELAND. Work is 10/10. A ton of call-offs tho. Sucks when you find a favorite and they NEVER come to work!!!! I arrived here Monday morning at 10 am thinking my girl would be here , which I called over the weekend and of course a call-off. Only two people working the entire Salon. Workers are very unreliable .
