Long story short.. June 10, 2024, I was driving through Mena and decided to stop and get a pedicure. Just one other customer was in there with one technician that completed my pedicure and was working on her nails. After pedicure was done I was informed they only take cash. Going to leave, while walking and asking the technician how much, I didnt see the step and broke 5th metatarsal, heel, and ankle... still went and got cash to pay lol they really need some kind of signage on the step down... again $40 pedicure ended up co... read more
I've been going here for over six years but now I've went somewhere else. To many owners and I don't care for the way they do nails now.
Went here with my daughter for a girls day and was disappointed. I asked for ombre nails and as you can see in the photo, the results were not visibly pleasing. The colors were not faded with an ombre effect and it just appears that I have half and half nails with very uneven lines. The lady spent about ten minutes working on them. She did not trim or file them, and she did not push back or trim up my cuticles. When applying the clear coat before and after dipping, she did a few sloppy left and right strokes across my nails.... read more
