Was excited to try this place as it is a newer salon not far from my house. The experience overall was not good. When I booked the appointments, I asked for 2 manicures, one with regular polish and the other with a full set of nails. Only one of us got the manicure with the hand massage and warm towel treatment, I did not. I had a young lady start my nails, but then a man finished them. She was friendly, but he was not. I always have a good experience at V Nails. Gel and dip nails always turn out beautiful, and exactly what I ask for. Great location and friendly staff!
The worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for French tips and he made half of my nails white- my acrylics were also so short and completely bent upward. When I said I didn’t like them he BLAMED me and said my nail beds were too short. Then charged me to have them removed. Gross.
I LOVE this nail salon! I’ve been going here for nearly a year and have zero complaints. I am always treated with kindness and the service is top notch! I wanted to grown my own nails out and they helped me do just that. Now I have healthy natural nails that are strong and beautifully shaped. If you are looking for a luxurious experience, this is the place. Every nail tech is experienced and creative… treat yourself… you won’t be sorry!
