The lady who did my pedicure filed the tip of my toe raw, the other big toe is bleeding on the side. The polish is all over my toes, and caked on, she did not polish my pinkie toes. I will NEVER go back here!
A lot of blank stares at you by older women management, as they chat in their language about leaving you to wait, sitting in the back with 5 people waiting, just to do elementary nail art? No. The young ladies working there appear to be working under a dictatorship. Going in there has become not worth it, and as uncomfortable and professionally disrespectful as numerous other nail salons. Negative reviews are here for good reason.
Horrible customer service. They tell you one to come now over the phone, then have you waste your day waiting on them to return from their break in the back. Horrible comprehension of management. This place is best for people who want their time and customer service to be played with. Horrible experience. I'll stick to Atlanta where service isn't as slow and condescending.
