Went here for a gel x and it was horrible. I live in Orange County and have a normal lady but thought since I work in Carlsbad let me stop in. Biggest mistake I made. She didn’t match the nails to my finger size. They didn’t even last a week and popped off 5 days later. 65$ for gel x, 20dollars more than I normally pay especially since I don’t get them long is ridiculous. What a waste of money. V Nail salon is the best! After years of salon hopping I finally found my spot last year and have been consistently going back for fills and pedicures and am always very happy with the results. The owner, Steve educated me about bio gel and over the last year, helped me grow my natural nails super long. For a past acrylics user this was so exciting! Steve, Fawn and the staff are all so kind and skilled. My nails have never looked better and I always receive compliments on them!

Great salon and good work but if I make an appointment I don’t expect to have to wait 15 min and that is why I left another salon that had an excellent manicurist. Either don’t take appts and only take walking or have the walking wait. I’ll try one more time.
