Got a $40 pedicure. The guy that did my toenails burned me twice with the hot stones, it was painful with my toenails (because I had acrylic on the big toes), and to top it all off, THEY DO NOT OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNTS. Veterans and service members, PLEASE do not come here if you don’t want to be appreciated. DO NOT COME HERE.
My sweet Mama went in today for a pedicure while she had a little time to herself and was met with an uncomfortable and painful experience. The woman rushed her to choose a color and ultimately didn’t even deliver the color my Mama asked for. There was no soak, massage, or hot towel. I come here often and usually leave a good tip. I am annoyed by how “off” their color samples are. They don’t have much of a selection on display but seem to have more choices on the shelf if you search. When I choose an obvious display from a much shorter array of samples, it should be dead on. Picture for reference (don’t choose duo color 520, the bottle of dip labeled 520 is NOT the same color. Rude, just plain nasty! Rushed me when choosing a color. Unbelievable to go to a nail place and be an inconvenience to then and they forgot to give me the correct color I chose. Please don't waste your valuable time and money. 👎👎👎👎👎
