So I went last Wed. to get a pedicure before going on vacation. I got there at 8 and they put me in the water around 8:45am. The water was not very warm at all, but I did not say anything. The girl that came in at 9 am. and asked what I wanted. I did the 55.00 package and added the 10.00 detox where they were supposed to massage your feet a little more than with the regular massage. During a spa pedicure, the technician continued to dig into my toes until they bled, even after I expressed the pain, and physically pulled away. I made an appointment for 4:30 and didn’t get started until after 5:00. Would not recommend and will not return. I also got my eyebrows waxed afterwards and it was rushed and very aggressive. Now the next day, and I can hardly walk my toes are in so much pain. First time I’ve not tipped at a salon before.

TERRIBLEEEE!!!!! HE CUT THROUGH MY NAIL AND INTO THE SKIN. I SCREAMT AND HE LAUGHED. i went to V Nail and Spa and told them i wanted the picture on the right, this is what i got (on the left). Now i will say they don't look insanely bad but, for 85 dollars, i would expect it to look just like the photo, this is just pitiful also for 85 dollars i would expect the nail tech to know not to stick a sharp metal peice for scraping old gel off, all the way down into my pinky finger to where it broke the nail and went into skin. Me and my mom got are nails done and they did it fast and they look awesome so if yall are looking at a place in Columbus ms v nails and spa is the place to go and there very cheap!!
