I only get pedicures but they do a good job. My only complaint is that they don't acknowledge customers as they arrive. Most customers have to approach one of them. Myself included and I've been going for about two years.
I was by this salon coming from a nearby business which did not have a restroom. Unfortunately, I desperately needed the restroom and politely asked if I could use theirs, explaining the situation. Despite seeing my desperation, the patron proceeded to argue with me about the availability of the other business's restroom before refusing me. Everyone in the shop could see the urgency and yet when asked to show a simple act of kindness, the patron refused.
