Absolutely disgusting. The woman used a dirty towel and dirty tools and thought I wouldn’t notice. 🤢🤮When I made her stop she tried to make an excuse but then promptly pulled out sanitized tools! so she had them all along! But chose not to??? 😤 Literally the nails of the last person were still on the towel and container. I told her absolutely not she’s going to make people sick. 🤢

I only get pedicures but they do a good job. My only complaint is that they don't acknowledge customers as they arrive. Most customers have to approach one of them. Myself included and I've been going for about two years.
I was by this salon coming from a nearby business which did not have a restroom. Unfortunately, I desperately needed the restroom and politely asked if I could use theirs, explaining the situation. Despite seeing my desperation, the patron proceeded to argue with me about the availability of the other business's restroom before refusing me. Everyone in the shop could see the urgency and yet when asked to show a simple act of kindness, the patron refused.
