Unbelievably bad experience. I was burned multiple times with the hot massage stones by a careless nail tech whom laughed whilst I was being burned. And the icing on the cake? I'd brought in my own polish a custom blend that is no longer available for purchase and I'd never used it before. At the end of the pedicure I was informed this that a different nail tech had broken my bottle of polish. I had planned other services but did not feel safe having them done there any longer.
