The service in this place is wonderful they are very clean with everything that they use on my pedicure the massage make me relax a lot they are very friendly and nice people thanks for your service land I’ll leave happy to Houston ;)
I usually don’t post negative reviews, however, I visited VN Nails (8021 FM 78, Ste 103) to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. The woman who assisted me (Linda) was friendly, kind, and made me feel comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, she completely messed up my eyebrows. This is the end result 😡 I am extremely upset, especially since I have my graduation tomorrow. I’m very disappointed with the outcome and will not be returning.
Worst decision made for my daughter! We went in bc it was the only one near us and opened at 10am on a Sunday. I should’ve trusted my first instincts walking into the place, everything was just off. The lady that did my daughter’s nails was a little older.. my daughter asked for shellac, French white tips and a heart on one nail. The nails were uneven, crooked, the painting was uneven, super thick bumpy nails. Still had to pay $20 for the fake nail they put. It was a disaster.
