We are a family owned and operated business.We have been in the automotive repair business for 20+years. I (Vickie) was born and raised in Socastee,so were my parents and grandparents. Miguel, my husband and business partner, is our lead mechanic, he installed his first engine at 8 years old .My son in law Riley came on board with us about 2 years ago ,he is a welder and mechanic, Riley also does our paint and body work. Vicki and Miguel are Great. They’ve helped me multiple times with multiple vehicles. Family owned and operated with the best prices in town. Very honest and hardworking people. If you need auto work done, they’re the ones to call! Only people I trust!
By far the worst experience I’ve had with any company EVER. They told us it would take a week to fix our vehicle. After two weeks of no word we tried to contact them. They have had our vehicle for over 3 months and are now trying to raise the price by $1500. The owner Miguel made every excuse in the book as to why we couldnt see our vehicle until he finally admitted he did the work wrong and couldn’t fix it so he had to hire someone to do the work and he wanted us to pay for the extra money for the other company. VM Automotive is the ONLY place I trust to work on my cars. They are honest, dependable and knowledgeable!!! Their prices are better than any other mechanics out there. They have never let me down and I highly recommend them to all of my friends.
Drove from Columbia SC to take my BMW to VM Automotive. I was very happy when I received my vehicle back. I will make the drive to VW Automotive in Myrtle Beach for all of my vehicles needs from here on out.
I Took my Honda pilot to get worked on needed intakes head gasket needed coils done coils did not get done or even looked at was told all was changed. Oil was not changed so I had to end up taking it to another shop just to get work done again not happy.
