I have been going to V Luxe for a few years now. I'm never consistent, but always go back to them. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind. Huge bonus that every single person in that place has treated my children with extreme care and made them feel like getting their nails done is the most fun treat in the world (because it is!).
I am so disappointed. I have been coming to deluxe nails and spa and Newton center every week for a very long time. Two days ago I had a pedicure a spa pedicure, which cost more and a dazzle manicure. Everything was going well until the manicure. The manicurist told me she was in a rush because she had another appointment. I told her that she really needed to take her time that I was spending a lot of money that day and him in this particular shop every week or two for a manicure and pedicure. I had the worst experience at this salon. They were so rude and screamed at me more than once in one day. They were not willing to help or admit that they made a mistake. DO NOT COME!
This is probably the 6th nail salon I've tried since moving here and finally a salon and nail professional that's great! I just did a walk-in to try it out and was introduced to Sam ... marvelous! Just wrapped up my 2nd acrylic fill/gel manicure and there will be more!
