Today a replacement top draw safe arrived. The original, I had since 2003, finally had a screw vibrate out and the lock stopped working. I contacted V-Line and they called, and emailed, me back the next day. They sent out a replacement safe, even though the old one was about 15 years old. These are great to have when children are in the house. No batteries to go dead and a very secure locking mechanism, while still quick and easy to open.
