Run away quickly !!!Vonna was a big disappointment as she didn't preapprove on phone before Like all reputable Pts do and she didn’t make a effort to call me to make sure she had all insurance info so she made me wait for 50 minutes in her office while she did all this paperwork !!!! ( she even tried calling the mental health number on the card as I explained to her that was the wrong number and I had to show her and not social distance because this is just not appropriate) and I have proper blue cross anthem ppo for whole a... read more

Vonna is the only physical therapist that I can go to that I can feel 100% confident that she has it right and I am not wasting my time. Her office is an hour from my home and it is well worth the drive. There is no one better and no one I have found to be as good.
