Great repairs! Tuned up the snow thrower!
Needed emergency service on the start of an impending snow storm in order to service a slew of elderly church women's accounts...owner/mgr outright refused to even consider helping out! Not very nice man at all!!

My dad brought in his lawnmower for repair. No estimate or ETA was given. Then after a week, he called in to see if it was repaired. He was informed that it was not, and again when asking for a cost they could not provide one. A day later, they sent a text that it was repaired, but no additional information. This lack of transparency on timing and cost (even a rough quote) is incredibly alarming and unprofessional.
