I lived here for 2 years and just moved out last month. 1st of all, there was a large spot on my ceiling that looked like it had been painted over several times when I moved in. As time went on, it became soft, wet, and eventually, mold. Which I'm assuming just keeps happening and they keep painting over it. 2nd, when I 1st moved in, a window in one of the bedrooms was shattered and they fixed it pretty quickly, but every time it rained, it leaked all over the carpet. My daughter stays in one of their apartments in Edwardsville. Maintenance does not take care of their apartments, or the grounds. 2 weeks after 11"snow and sidewalks have never been touched. Pretty much solid ice now. They haven't even thrown salt down. The stormdoor screen is partly sticking out and maint. just gave her the tool to fix it herself. Great place for college students to live. I say this as they are not very up to date. The landlord is super understanding and helpful. There was an issue with our water supply and it had to be cut off. He supplied all the residents with hotel rooms while the water was out. I have had maintenance come a few times and they are always quick and understanding. I’ve had no issues here. The residents are quiet and keep to themselves for the most part. My only complaint is that the apartment is almost all carpet which I don’t like.... read more
