bought a car directly from the owner who lives in Illinois, he never transferred the title or pay the sales tax from the dealership. so can't get the title transfer to me so we can plate the car. Refused to return our money. Had to file with the courts and BMV to get a good title, so can register the car. so far 3 weeks in the process now waiting on a court date,so the judge will sign off which will be another 30-60 days. cant drive it or plate , and spend 180 on court fees. doesn't use much gas , because cant drive it . ... read more
