Sammi is very patient and has a very good service attitude. I am a very picky customer and she has been very patient with my requests for 5 years.
Amazing experience! All the ladies are very nice and excellent customer service! They really take their time and are very detailed! They are very flexible with bookings and are accommodating with my requests. All of them are very friendly and they are engaging with their clients!

I appreciate the hard work of the nail technicians during my recent visit. However, I did experience some delays that could be addressed for a better customer experience. As a walk-in, my bio-gel manicure took about two hours to complete, which was longer than I anticipated, tgen l ever hadparticularly as one technician had to leave midway due to not meeting a customer request that was not unreasonable through the service.
