I visited this office a number of times when I first moved to Urbana, but had been neglecting my vision appointments for a number of years. After a 4-year break, I’m pleased to see the same faces in the office and happy to experience the same excellent customer service that I remember from my very first appointment as a new patient. Consistency is hard to come by.
Dr. Gertz and the staff are the best !! Put your trust with your vision in V.eye.P.'s care, they treat you like family !!
The Doctors at VeyeP are so professional and thorough. They take the time to explain their procedures and have state of the art equipment. Two great locations!!
The new Downtown Crown location is fabulous. Great selection, Great price! I picked out a new frame in 5 minutes, had exactly what I wanted. The new prescription the Dr. gave me was correct the first time. The whole experience was stress free, which was not my experience at a different business I went to for 8 years. Definitely need to make this your go to eyecare place!!!!
