The lack of professionalism in this company is appalling. I had scheduled an in person tour with Xiao Dan Chen, and the first time I was contacted the day before indicating my appointment needed to be rescheduled. The second time I reached out to Xiao Dan Chen, the day before the rescheduled tour, I was told that the tour would once again need to be rescheduled.
