Went to find a good deal on a car for my 70yr old dad. This place has nice vehicles for decent price. Hoss was our guy and he made the whole process easy and was helpful letting us test drive multiple cars. Even though some of the cars were packed in the warehouse, it was no pricked for them to pull all the cars out to get the one we wanted. Even after pulling out multiple cars he never got aggravated. I saw a car online I was determined to get a beetle. They had the best deal I found online. Told my boyfriend when we pulled up I'm getting it 😂😂 fell in love with this car instantly I'm not a patient person either at all. Jason is the best. I was very impressed with the excellent service and overall experience provided by the team .The staff was extremely helpful, the purchasing process was smooth. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Dallas Cars of Texas to anyone looking for a great vehicle and outstanding customer service. Thank you again for the great experience!
If I can give a 0 I would. We called to inquire about a car and the owner Jason, hang up on us only because we were asking questions about a car .His way of treating customers was unacceptable. I called again as I had no idea that he was he owner and he did it again. Rude and unproffesional. I would not do business with this dealership. Stay away
Fine service
