The staff at the front desk & the person with the HIPPA paperwork & payments were excellent. The assistant and the nurse practitioner were the worst medical professionals I have encountered since moving to Mississippi. I’m elderly with hearing impairment so I had great difficulty hearing and understanding them. I’m not sure if it was my hearing impairment or something else that caused the rude communications but I felt I didn’t get a full exam nor was I listened to. Had to get a mole removed and she was so very nice and made me feel so comfortable. Sweet as she could be. 😊 I highly recommend her if you need a dermatologist.
