Yeah this is not a good VA they are rude and unprofessional I had a visit with the physc doctor and she went on to say they aren't a vending machine ! Who's says that to a vet who was simply stating what works for him that's terrible she is terrible !! So I reported this right off the bat Friday around 2 pm well she was supposed to order my meds regardless and what do they do not her but they and her ?? Not order my meds so now a disabled vet 70 percent connected has to sit here and wait because people are unpredictable and ... read more
They are doing the best they can with what the government gives them to work with but I have not had any problems with them. I use the Patient Portal to send and receive messages, request refills so I don't think anyone that knows their way around a computer will have any problems, of course realizing there are some that simply cannot.
Great bunch of people, kind, compassionate. Very helpful and friendly. Rough sometimes to get appointments but no more so than trying to get an appointment at Shannon.
