The staff here is so rude every single time we come. The lady sitting at the front desk was loud when she was telling a patient that she hates people. And the nurse was very harsh and cold when speaking to my husband about what was going on. You could tell she hated her job and couldn't wait to be done with us. The only nice person is the doctor.
Have to give them credit, their care has greatly improved and all of the staff I've met are wonderful. The system is still slow, takes a long time for referrals, but unlike other VA facilities I've been to, they care here.

After having scheduled appt for over +7mths, I get to my appt 10-15 per their request, waited 30mins past that, still not seen. Went to reschedule, was then called back by the nurse who informed me they were running late and that I was now going to be waiting at least another 20-30 mins in a room for the Dr., then making it 75+ mins past my scheduled appt. So I go out to again reschedule, next appt available because my Dr. is no longer seeing patients past 1130 daily in in late January. Ridiculous.
Thank you to those that cared for me on the day I needed it the most. Please keep up that same mentality of ensuring that no matter where you are from you will be cared for. MGYSGT USMC Retired
