Just as bad, if not worse, as the big VA. Most care provided by NPs, not MDs.
The San Angelo VA is top notch. Making an appointment is easy and the doors are open for any Veteran. The staff has my vote. They take their job and our mental and physical health seriously.

I absolutely love San Angelo VA Clinic!!! I have been attached to San Antonio VA and Dallas VA… nothing compares to the Big Spring VA. Dr. Pollitt treats you like you are her ONLY patient, the front desk staff has even gone out of their way to help me with my travel claims and also to make sure she gets outside reports I drop off at the front desk with them. I have cancer and they go above and beyond to get my referrals and the call me when one is expiring. I highly recommend them as your primary VA.
