Great VA hospital. Check in process was simple and quick. The wait time was reasonable. The care was great. The nurses in the emergency department and on the floor were friendly and compassionate. Definitely one of the better VA hospitals.
The VA hospital in Martinsburg, WV, is like a labyrinth designed by a mad cartographer, but the staff? Absolute rockstars! I’ve flunked land nav more times than I can count in the service—my internal compass is basically a fidget spinner. Yet, these angels in scrubs spotted me about to yeet myself into a full-on circle-walking spiral and, with the patience of saints, gently herded me to my destination. This place is massive, but the staff’s vibe is “we got you, lost soldier.” 10/10 for navigation rescue!
If you have a problem just go to the ER because the rest of the building doesn't care if you drop dead
1st class hospital. ALL the people who work here are terrific and have started making me well in every way.
