The Doctor and staff are Amazing...Dr got me down on my long term pain meds..he cares about you and your life and body...he's truly Intelligent and very polite...And M.A Tracey is Amazing she always puts a smile on my face when I come in :))))
This Dr and staff is a joke and do not care about their patients like they should. I was put on meds that I should NOT have been on for long periods with no idea of how to stop them and they would not return my calls and are doing again as I try to gain copies of my own personal records. They are reckless and careless with patients lives. Go elsewhere
My husband ended up with arachnoiditus and a coma after the very attentive doctor got too comfortable with him no excuse for 2 blood patches!! Ever and only 6 weeks apart...no excuse for not CLOSELY SUPERVISING YOUR UNTRAINED STAFF...especially when SHE voiced her concern not One time but THREE times SHAME...
I am very impressed with V5, transferred from Pinnacle Pain Clinic after Dr Peterson and his staff left just couldn't take the insults and humiliation from the staff. It was like a breath of fresh air to have a doc would wants to do more for you then throw meds at you and really cares about your health. The staff is so warm and friendly I look forward to going back again.
I have nothing negative to say about V5. I am there about 4 x year and each time get pain relief. I trust my doctor, appreciate his bedside manner and enjoy the nurses who are friendly and competent.
The staff genuinely cares and wants to fix your pain!! I was stuck at pinnacle pain center for years and just got narcs thrown at me... not to mention a very unprofessional nurse practitioner who made my anxiety worse when I had to see her.... Thank you V5 drs and staff!!!!
