V5 was shut down around August 2025 because there was no Dr. overseeing what was going on at the clinic. The Dr. who was suffering form significant cognitive decline in my opinion and was no longer involved in the operation of the clinic. I last saw him in 11/22, and the office manager was with us during the appointment to keep a check on the Dr. Someone should go to jail, namely his son, who isn't a Dr. and only wanted to keep the opioid dependent patients coming in.
