Bought and attempted to sell a house with them, so feel we have seen their full cabinet of offerings. Buying seemed easy enough, they had some input, were receptive for guidance. Didn't seem to pull any punches. Selling however was such a stark difference. They had no input or even professional advice, as the engaged professional.
