Dr. O is great but the staff and front office are the most unprofessional people I have ever came across. I got a call to confirm my appointment that was the wrong time so beware and always record your phone calls because they will lie in your face. Got the phone hung up on me because I just stated that the times were wrong. I’ll also never forget when a bunch of nurses in the back were being RACIST about Asian Americans MOCKING their accents all in front of me, a patient. The most unprofessional front desk I’ve ever dealt with. Multiple calls and messages left. Very rude and a complete waste of time. After being strung along for over 3 weeks and being told she took new patients they then decided she didn’t. I communicated very clearly I was in an extreme need to be seen and they could’ve said 3 weeks ago she wasn’t taking new people. Left messages for the office manager as well and never heard a thing. Dr. O is awesome and so is her staff! I moved to Dallas last year but still have Dr. O as my physician, she is well worth the drive!
