I have had this psychiatrist for going on 3 years now and she has been wonderful and kind to me. She's been very understanding and flexible with me. I have bipolar, depression, and anxiety, and ADHD. Because of her I have the right type of meds that have helped me become more, stable emotionally, productive in my work life, productive in my personal life, and overall happy with where things are going. Personally I have no complaints.
Completely incompetent workers here. My doctor's referral was LOST by this office. I was told that I wouldn't be able to get a price for my insurance until the day before the appointment. I told them that's way too late for me to know the payment amount.
Dr. Zaidi is a gem so this gets a 2 star rating. Otherwise, I would give them a 0 star if possible all because of the receptionist. Calling her rude, crass, and unfit to work with the public is an understatement and possibly the closest she will ever get to being complimented. I would of easily given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the receptionist constantly giving lip to everyone who crosses her. Absolute travesty of a person. A complete embarrassment to the field of psychology. She will tell you that she can not prescribe you the medications you have been taking the past 14 YEARS because you are “high on marijuana” when in reality you are genetically dispososed to droopy eyes. She is literally a bully and has no authority to conduct her malpractice in this country.
