Dr. Hasan is an amazing doctor, she is caring and empathetic to her patients . My daughter stated she was the first doctor to understand how she feels. She has gone above and beyond to assist her with everything she needs to recover and live a normal life. She is realistic and listens to her patients. her staff is amazing as well and always ready to assist and listen. She is a great doctor and long covid kids are lucky to have her.
I am writing to formally complain about this doctor Usma Hasan supposed to be the medical director at the clinic. My daughter, a pediatric patient, was mistreated due to incorrect medication and a lack of proper diagnostic tests, causing her significant pain and discomfort. Additionally, the doctor’s behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, and displayed racist attitudes, which is unacceptable. Dr. Hasan is beyond exceptional! Her kindness, thoroughness, and expertise are unparalleled. Dr. Hasan literally saved my young daughter's life, and we are forever and eternally grateful. Her patience, compassion, unmatched wisdom and support have been invaluable to our family.
Dr Hasan is thorough, patient and very intelligent! A combination of things that hard to come by. When our daughter was admitted to the hospital it was a chaotic and stressful time. Dr Hasan took the time and care needed to address everything, and we left with clarity and peace of mind. As a physician myself I recognize how rare it is to find someone like her. Highly recommend!
