I was very disappointed with this dentist office, especially Dr. Ansari. She told me I needed thousands of dollars’ worth of procedures right away or else my veneer would fall out. The pressure was intense, like I had no choice. Thankfully, I went for a second opinion — and learned that nothing was urgent. Absolutely unacceptable experience. This clinic placed a crown on my implant using incompatible components — the crown and screw were from a different system and did not match my implant. As a result, the crown kept falling out repeatedly over several months. Each time I returned, they simply pushed it back in without addressing the underlying issue. Claimed that a scaling was needed and that it was covered by my insurance. Afterwards, they submitted to my insurance that it was unnecessary so I was billed the full amount. What an unethical money grab.
