THIS DEALER DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS, LET ME START WITH THAT! 12/14, I went to look at a vehicle that was advertised on Carguru.com by UZ Auto Inc. The vehicle was listed in “great condition;” no mechanical or engine issues, clean inside/out, very well maintained, no problems whatsoever, serviced, etc. While the car was not clean inside and out it was in decent shape on the outside with some dings, scratches, dents which is expected for a 2011 vehicle. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. Car was purchased on 2/27/23. JR informed me they had the car in his shop to replace the timing chain. Test drove the car for about 15 minutes and everything appeared fine. Drove the car home and when we got it home our daughter wanted to go for a ride since it was her car for getting her license. DO NOT GO HERE The man working there is extremely rude and disrespectful. I show up to look at a car. Water got in because the window was cracked. Already, it was not off to a good start. I was not familiar with the area, and apparently neither was he. I'm driving fine. I'm not used to the car, obviously either. The man failed to tell me where to turn, so I missed an exit.
