When I had the implant removed, it cost $2,700. They told me that $500 of that was a 'Reservation Fee.' I explained the situation to HDS, and after they looked into it and checked the market rates, they said it should be around $400-500. I didn’t contact his office because I didn’t want to deal with the accounting person in the office.
