Had an incredible experience with Tony Poupa at Uxbridge Ford. He took a lot of time to make sure that I was happy with the process, was great at following up with emails and my bugging him to check certain processing times, and when I was able to actually come and pick up the car, he was thorough, and took the time to go through absolutely everything, walking me through the details of the car, what I needed to do, and everything I needed to feel comfortable driving out of the lot. Can't recommend more highly!
My husband and I bought a used Lincoln Aviator from Uxbridge Ford, which we picked up yesterday. We had seen the vehicle on-line and decided to visit the dealership. Hayden introduced himself and was very personable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He took us on test drives and was thorough explaining all the features. Everything went very smoothly. We were happy to deal with Hayden, and we love our new car!
