Fernando came today and installed our new wireless access points due them being older and we had upgraded our internet service. He was very professional and did the job in a very professional manner and finished much quicker than expected. I highly recommend his service!
Excellent update of our current system we've had in place for 16 years. Victor was very thorough and courteous. The new control panel and features will be great to have, and also Victor realized we didn't have an auto-feature hardware for fire response. We didn't realize and are very happy to get it in place at no cost. Literally could be a life-saver
Uxari has been our security / smart home company since we built this house 8 years ago. We recently had a problem with our security panel and needed service. James Hoffman was the tech who came out and he did an outstanding job. He texted us his location and when he would arrive. He got right to work and ultimately, we had to replace the old panel. He installed it quickly and breezed through all the setup steps. Once he was done, he gave us an overview of what had changed and answered all of our questions. It's been working ... read more
