Absolutely terrible experience with UWS Heating & Cooling. They came during the recent heat wave and charged me $2,500 for refrigerant that leaked out entirely within two days. No estimate was provided before the work. I assumed a few hundred dollars for a service call, and was shocked by the final bill after less than 2 hours in my apartment. I had an emergency at 2am and I was so surprised how quick they showed up and diagnosed the issue. He had it fixed on the spot. Great customer service too. Really appreciated it all

Got my ac fixed by them last week when it started to get warm. They came out quick and fixed it a very low price. I was very surprised. The job was done well too and everything is back up and running
