Dr said she was god. Terrible staff wait 2 hours to get help.

My little sister (29 yr old) had a mastectomy today after being diagnosed with breast cancer recently, and I felt inclined to praise her nurse, Terry. We were in the 2nd floor surgical pavilion outpatient surgery and he was the best nurse we’ve dealt with through this process. He was so kind and calm with our family and showed genuine compassion and empathy for my sister doing this super scary thing at such a young age. My father got flown in here from Lewiston. My mother and I drove over 6 hours. Tried to call multiple times for updates and could never get the nurse to answer the phone. Thought maybe she was busy, but after seeing the condition of the room he was in, emergency room, she definitely wasn't doing anything that involved cleanliness. I have used gas station bathrooms that are cleaner than what they put my dad in. Trash is overflowing, garbage all over the ground, the floor is filthy. This hospital is absolutely terrible! My boyfriend’s dad is currently in the ICU, and the doctors have been rude, inconsistent, and have 0 communication. He is the medical POA and yet we are finding out hours later about procedures and episodes that are happening when we are not around. When address on this, they admitted to not checking up as often with the patient and not keeping us updated as they should , WHAT?!
