can be helpful It is nice that the UWM bookstore has majority of the books right there when you go and have large amount of each, they tend to be expensive. Its also a pain when you are trying to get your books and people are trying to buy UWM apparel because it makes buying your books a longer line and waste a lot of time there!
Avoid is possible While UWM bookstore has a great selection of textbooks and other UWM related garb the prices are much higher than other locations who offer the same services. In addition, towards the start of a new semester there will be incredibly long 30min plus lines that wrap around the store. If you go to UWM it's a good place to go and get snakcs and sodas but other than that buy your textbooks online or at panther books.
Wide Selection of "Goods" They carry course books, snacks, school/office supplies, clothing with UWM logo and much more. They are really only a good place to go if you are looking for something with school spirit or if you ron campus and there is no where else to go. They are way overpriced on almost everything, which the exception of the occasional clearance on a few things. Friendly Staff, High Prices Everything from gum to textbooks is overpriced in this store. If you are shopping for textbooks, check both pantherbooks and various internet websites for possible better deals. They do carry a wide variety of supplies, clothing, books, candy and snack food which is really convenient on campus, but it comes with a higher price tag. Staff is really friendly and helpful.
