One star is too many for this clinic. My young daughter came here for a root canal and the area above her tooth and gum became extremely infected. Swelling all over her face. When I reported it to the clinic they denied it. Now we've been banned from going back. You know this place is bad when the dentists from UW pediatric dentistry recommend that no one should go to this clinic. Horrible place
The receptionist on May 15 2026 ignored my questions about my payment, and accepted my payment in full without scheduling my next appointment to complete the root canal. There's no email, no call backs, nothing. I am excited to work with my dentist although how can I continue treatment if the receptionist isn't making appointments. It feels impossible to reach anyone. My favorite people at my other dentist are the receptionists and for that not to be the case here is very confusing. Unprofessional, Mean . The receptionist needs to be retrained or work somewhere else. Does the school care about these people at all? They don’t have a work ethic. They are making the school look bad.
