ONLY ASK FOR THE SPECIFIC VACCINE, OTHERWISE THEY WILL TRY TO BILL YOU FOR INFORMATION YOU ALREADY KNOW! DO NOT SIGN FOR A TRAVEL CONSULTATION!! BILLING DEPARTMENT WILL DO NOTHING TO CORRECT IT IF YOU SIGN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE! IF YOU CAN AVOID GOING HERE, DO IT!!!!!
Don't even bother. I've been going here for years and it's getting worse and worse. I still really like my primary doctor and her nurse, but that's not enough at this point. To get an appointment now, I call, give them all this information (DOB, address, phone number), and then get told that someone from the clinic will get back to me. Based on my experience, this could be days. And seriously, why do I have to supply all of this data when the person on the other end isn't even going to schedule an appt? I have been in and out of different hospitals for years due to my heath conditions. I went to UW Medicine in Woodinville, WA. The clinic is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. It is easy to get an appointment. I had an appointment with Dr. Lisa Holland. She is very caring, good listening, polite, attention to detail, and knowledgeable during my first appointment.
