Seems that the staff is not taught how to be professional with their patients. They do not return calls in a timely manner,they do not follow thru on oks for refills from Pharmacys, they have a attitude of not at fault for anything a staff member may do or not do. Then they have staff that doesn't believe that a patient should not be upset when treated with disrespect or like a nobody..
I have been going here for several years and was always super happy, until about the last 6 months. I see Ashleigh Adkins. I sent her a message asking about different birth control methods and instead of asking me a single question, she referred me to a website, i could have done that myself, I went to her for her professional advice. This last issue I see is pretty common here. I submitted a refill request with my pharmacy, went to pick it up and UW didn't even respond to them.
