Excellent urgent care rendered by Garcia Jean-Baptiste. She was careful and thorough in her diagnosis, provided a good explanation and gave good follow-on treatment.
Fast good service.
Everyone was friendly. Tried to take care of my issue but my back is still hurting after 10 days and I can't stand it anymore. I also didn't need an exray that is "procedure" or money racking, but now I'm going to have to go back yet again. The thing that's bugs me is the copay I can't afford.
All staff were helpful and the nurse practitioner showed empathy and skill in treating me. Her attention was A+. I never hesitate to go here as needed. Even with substantial copay it’s worth it. The attending CRNP told me to check with the front desk to see if I could start up with a provider here rather than driving into Seattle. I now have a provider in a much more convenient location. Thank you.
