I made an appointment quickly for the afternoon, but dropped in as soon as I could. The staff was friendly & they confirmed I would have a wait but if anyone didn’t show then they will call me. I waited in the lobby & wasn’t there very long. Everyone was attentive to my concerns & well being & got me through. I was very happy with the overall experience
