Patient care leaves a lot to be desired.
This place is horrible! The people at the front desk are rude. It’s in a small town, so they pick and choose who they’d personally like to help first. They get snappy when you hold them accountable. Had to wait an additional 1.5 hours after set appointment check in. Took 5 hours on site.
I really appreciate the time and care Dr. Berlus took with me last week. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and helped me get back on a path to feeling healthy again. Thank you!
