Standing in line for x-ray while one receptionist was typing away and ignored us while another receptionist came in and set in the middle and started talking to her collague about olive garden chocolate. When I walked over to the gal talking about olive garden chocolate if I was at the right place to check in for x-ray, she said, " you have to get back in line", regardless she was not checking anyone in but busy chatting with the dermatology check in receptionist. Hate going to the doctor. Want to be well
Asked for a visit summary and got the “what is that, you have it” handed me a “cough education care guide” work sheet. Not at all the same thing. It has now been 3hrs from the appointment and I have to drive back there to get it. Make it make sense. I also only get the specialist referral to facilitate that don’t take my insurance and have 1yr long wait lists. By then the mold poisoning will kill us. So sad as the appointment started out so great, went from feeling hers and seen to scared and sidelined.
Today evening (08/18/2025) at 5:30 PM, I visited Urgent Care in Maple Valley. Unfortunately, I experienced very poor customer service from the front desk staff. The lady at the desk immediately said they were not taking any patients at 5:30 PM, without any consideration for the fact that I had come in with pain. She then went on to say they don’t have enough facilities, and if I wanted, she could put me in line to meet the doctor — but mentioned it would be useless since they would just refer me to the emergency department. ... read more
