Always efficient and professional service.
As a fellow healthcare profession these people are so unprofessional and rude for no reason. Leaving someone on hold while I can hear what you are saying about other patients is unacceptable and a HIPPA violation. Denying information that I previously easily obtained from another UW pharmacy is lazy work. Do better

Went through the drive through,they took 45 mins to get my prescription filled after surgery from the out pt UW med Ctr, however they gave me an ice pack for my foot for the hour ride home. P,S. I even told them I just got out of surgery and needed that rx ASAP I'm in a lot of pain they said there was other people in front of me and had no sympathy to come back in 45 min. The rx was for pain.
Great people with a good process. Quite easy to.work with if you are a UW patient.
