I generally like everybody here. The problem is with UW takeover. More and more I encounter technological discrimination. I am told to contact clinic with MyChart, BUT I cannot scan barcode. Yes going through uw scheduling is frustrating however they expedited a visit to the physician . I was very pleased how my appointment was handled at the clinic. All the staff were professional, caring and friendly. The Lopez Community needs to support the clinic or we will end up with no medical services on the island.

The staff is fine. Dealing with UW call center is a nightmare. No surprise they have set up their business to make maximum profit, not best serve the community. Lopez lost a huge asset when we allowed the UW to take over our facility.
