The staff were welcoming and friendly. The waiting room was roomy. There were many loud and some disgruntled people in that area. There was definitely a wait. When my partner was taken back to the pre-op area, her room was dirty, toilet and bathroom area hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The cozy bed warmer blanket was a nice addition but impossible to keep clean. The attendants from all of the depts were friendly and asked appropriate questions to prepare for surgery. Doesn't know how to fix biloma. Did more harm to me than good. Got my biloma infected
I was scheduled for a 9:15 arrival for my surgery, after checking in they came to inform me that two other people got notified to come for their surgeries before mine so mine was pushed back to 2pm and I was not called or texted or emailed. Medical staff informed me I would have been called the day prior but I wasn't, only the two people got notified to come in before mine and I was miraculously left out of the loop.
