You need to fix your parking. My husband and I parked in the garage unknowing it was going to be closed because the medical center is. Why not put a sign up saying it’s closed on the weekends? It let us in to park no problem, but can’t get back in to get the car and leave. That should be a fine on your part for not doing any due diligence while taking my money. About two weeks ago, I almost fainted because of sudden hypoglycemia, and a staff member here kindly helped me. He assisted me into this building and let me rest on a bench in the lobby on the first floor. Then he went upstairs to his office and brought me a bottle of water and a bag of sour candy. That is why I believe he is likely a staff member working in this building or someone affiliated with it. Had surgery here. Most of staff I met are compassionate and showed great professionalism. The building is old and this area is not easy for parking - they do have underground parking but it's paid, and can become expensive if you park too long. $3 for 1 hour if I remember correctly.
Been going here for blood draws and medication pick-ups for about two years. All the staff are so sweet and patient, and are effective and efficient at their jobs.
Parking sucks. Building is old. People are rude. I hate coming here for healthcare.
