I have two perspectives as for the care I receive at the Roosevelt Clinic for my PCP appointments. I am a patient with a complicated medical history; diabetic since age 2, retinopathy, end-stage renal disease, stroke, and a dual transplant. I expect to be treated with respect, and to be treated with care. I find it odd that I can't request to see a doctor, and that I am constantly forced to deal with interns. Apparently, the baby’s arm is “too small” to draw blood, so they sent us to SCH. Seriously? What a joke.
Marah Hehemann This doctor does not treat patients respectfully, does not listen to what the patient has to say, and spoke to me in a very harsh and inappropriate manner. I have a very bad experience with this doctor.
Billing is crazy with this place. Did an annual preventive and blood draw. Billed 800 for the lab and out of pocket is 200. Mind you the preventive itself billed 490.
